Grip Engineers Pvt. Limited Faridabad has been operating out of Kanpur for a long time. Even though the name mentions Faridabad, our actual day-to-day base is right here at 87/45 Acharya Nagar. It is a bit of a crowded area, so finding a place to park is always a headache for the staff and anyone coming by. We have a small team here. Everyone knows each other's names and how they like their tea. We spend most of our time dealing with technical parts and regular engineering tasks. It is a lot of noise sometimes when things are running. The building is an older one, which is pretty typical for this part of Uttar Pradesh. We keep the machines going and the files in order as best as we can. It is definitely not a shiny corporate office with glass walls.
