Faridabad is a bit different from Gurgaon or Delhi, and Sector 81 is one of those areas that is still growing and changing. Our shop is just a small place where we handle our design and construction work. It is not a large office with a lot of staff. Usually, it is just a couple of us there. We chose Shop No. 3 because it is easy for people to find us. Since we are in a residential area like Puri Anand Villas, we often see our neighbors walking by. We do not really use a lot of marketing talk because we think the work speaks for itself. It is a very hands-on job, so we are often out at sites in Faridabad or Haryana. The office is where we do the planning and keep our records. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the samples and files, but we like it that way. It feels like a real workspace. We do not have a big corporate culture or anything like that. We just come in, do our work, and try to make sure everything goes as planned. The weather in Faridabad can be tough in the summer, but the shop stays relatively cool. We are just local people working in the construction and design field, trying to keep things practical and straightforward.
