GEMTECH Power Control Private Limited is tucked away in the Sarurpur Industrial Area. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 11 on Street No. 8, West. It’s just off Sohna Road. It’s one of those areas where you really need to know where you’re going or you might miss the turn. The streets can be a bit bumpy and there’s always some construction happening somewhere nearby. We spend our time here working on power control systems. It’s dusty and loud sometimes, but that’s the nature of an industrial estate. The building is a simple structure that houses our workshop and a bit of office space. We aren't big on decorations. We have our tools and our benches, and that’s mostly what matters to us. During the monsoons, the roads around here get a bit messy, but we manage. We’ve got a small team and everyone knows their job. It’s the kind of place where you wear work boots rather than polished shoes. Sohna Road has changed a lot, becoming much busier than it used to be. But once you turn into Sarurpur, it feels more like the old industrial vibe. We just stay focused on the electrical panels and controls. It’s a lot of wiring and testing. We like the grit of the place. It feels honest and we just get our work done day after day in the workshop.
