Gallium Industries Ltd.

Our spot is at 5A/75B in the N.I.T area of Faridabad. It’s a busy part of town, always lots of people and cars moving around. We’ve had this place for some time now. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the stuff we have to store, but we make it work. Gallium Industries Ltd. is basically just a group of us who know our way around the industry. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy reports. Usually, if something needs fixing, one of us just grabs a tool and does it. The building itself is old, but it’s sturdy and it serves our purpose. We get a lot of dust from the road, so we’re always sweeping up. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a lot of ceremony. We just show up in the morning, open the shutters, and start on whatever is on the list for that day. Most of our neighbors are also doing their own small businesses, so there is a sense of community. We help each other out with parking or when a delivery truck gets stuck. It is a very normal, local way of doing things. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just want to do a decent job so we can keep the lights on and come back tomorrow. It’s practical and it works for us.
