G Moters is based out here in the Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh. We’ve been around this part of the country for quite some time. It’s a family-run kind of thing, mostly. We deal with engines and parts all day long. It gets pretty greasy and loud in the shop, but that’s just part of the job. We aren't some high-end showroom with glass walls and air conditioning. It’s more of a practical workshop where stuff actually gets fixed by hand. Most of our tools have been with us for years and they still work better than the new ones. We know them well. The people around here in Aligarh know they can just stop by when something isn't sounding right with their vehicle. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with a TV and magazines. Usually, you just find us out back under a hood or something. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on at home. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for parts to come in from the bigger cities like Delhi, but we do our best. Living in UP, you learn to be patient with things like that and the traffic.
