Our factory is located in the DLF Industrial Area Phase 2, specifically at number 24. It’s a large space because we need room for the forging hammers and the furnaces. The heat inside can be quite intense, especially when the metal is glowing red. You can hear the rhythmic thud of the hammers from quite a distance. We have a large team of workers who move between the different stations, and everyone has their specific task. The floor is dark and covered in scale from the hot metal. We have a small office block attached to the main shed where the computers and files are kept. It’s a bit quieter in there, but you can still feel the vibrations through the ground. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies or receptionists. Most of our day is about managing the production schedule and making sure the furnaces are at the right temperature. We have trucks coming in with raw material and others leaving with finished forged parts. Lunchtime is the only time the hammers stop, and the silence feels strange for a bit. The area around DLF Phase 2 is always busy with industrial activity. We are just one of the many plants here, working through the shifts. It’s a tough environment, but it’s what we do every day. We just focus on the heat and the metal and getting the shapes right. It is noisy and hot, but we are used to the grind.
