Fands Chits Private Limited is based out of Flat No-A-6 in the GH-21 building, which is known as The Swabhuti Kutumb in Sector 2, Faridabad. Being in a residential complex like this makes the office feel a lot more like a home than a cold business space. We are over in the Ballabhgarh side of the city, and it is a pretty active neighborhood. The flat is set up with desks and filing cabinets, using the rooms to keep our work organized. It is a bit different from a high-rise office building, but it works well for us. We know the security guards at the gate and the neighbors who live on the same floor. Most of our day is spent handling the chit fund paperwork and talking to the members who stop by the flat. We don't have a big neon sign, just the regular apartment door. Inside, it is cozy but busy. We keep the balcony door open sometimes to get some fresh air, though the Faridabad heat usually means we have the fans going full blast. It is a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a fancy commercial unit. We focus on keeping our records straight and making sure everyone who comes in is treated like a person, not just a number. It is just us working away in a regular apartment, keeping things moving along as they should.
