Ezproperty Llp

Our office is at B 148, Nehru Ground, in the NIT area. It's a busy part of town, always something going on outside the window with people walking by. Ezproperty Llp is basically just a few of us trying to help people with their property needs. We aren't one of those big national chains with a million offices and fancy commercials. We just focus on what's happening right here in our own neighborhood. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it works fine for what we do every day. We spend a lot of time checking out different sites and making sure the documents are all in order for folks. People come in and out all day, mostly locals who know the area well and want to talk. It gets a bit cluttered with papers and maps sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. Being in Nehru Ground means we are close to everything, which is handy for meetings. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just word of mouth and people seeing us when they walk by the shop. Real estate can be a real headache with all the rules and changes, so we just try to keep it simple and straightforward. If someone needs a hand with a flat or a plot, we see what we can find for them. It’s just regular daily life for us.
