We are Exportal India Private Limited. You can find our office in the Crown Plaza Mall on Mathura Road in Faridabad, specifically on the first floor at Plot No. 5B in Sector - 15A. It might seem a bit odd to have an export business in a mall, but it actually works out quite well for us. It’s easy for people to find, and the facilities are good. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. The office is where we handle all the logistics and communication for our export deals. We don't have a lot of stuff on the walls, just some maps and calendars. It’s a quiet space compared to the rest of the mall, which is nice when we need to focus. We spend most of our day on the computer or the phone. We don't do much in the way of marketing ourselves. We mostly work with long-term partners who know what we do. The team here is just a handful of people who know the business inside out. We try to keep things organized, even when things get a bit hectic with shipping schedules. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. Sometimes we take a walk around the mall during our lunch break just to stretch our legs. It’s a bit of a weird mix, having shops selling clothes right near where we are filing papers. But it works fine.
