Evergreen Manpower Consultant is located at N 106 on Road No 5 in Abdul Fazal Enclave I. It’s a quiet enough street most days. We spend our time trying to help people find work and helping businesses find staff. It’s a lot of looking at resumes and talking to people about what they can do. The office is pretty basic, just some chairs, a few desks, and a lot of filing cabinets. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a while and most people around here know where we are. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just sit down and talk through what’s needed. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, other times we can’t keep up with the phone ringing. We don’t use any fancy software to match people up; we just use our heads and what we know about the local jobs. It’s an honest living. We like seeing someone get a job they were looking for. It makes the long hours worth it. We aren't a corporate recruitment agency with a thousand rules. We just try to be fair and get the job done. The office gets a bit dusty with the windows open, but we don't mind. It feels like a real place. We usually have lunch together at our desks and talk about things other than work. It keeps the mood light even when we are dealing with difficult situations. We plan to stay here for a long time yet and keep things running the way they are.
