Evergreen Confectionery And Department Store has been sitting here at Shop No. B-8 in the Tcc Complex for a good while now. We are right in Sector 10 of Faridabad, just across the street from Ashwani Hospital. It’s a busy little corner. Usually, the mornings start with getting the shutters up and seeing who’s coming in for bread or milk after their hospital visits or just on their way to work. We have a mix of everything really. On one side there’s all the confectionery stuff, the sweets and snacks that the kids like, and then the rest is just the usual department store things people need for their houses. We keep the shelves stocked with pulses, soaps, and whatever else is on the list. The space isn’t huge but we try to fit in what we can so people don’t have to go too far. Sometimes the weather makes it quiet and other times the shop is full of people talking. It’s just how it goes in the Sector 11 area. We don’t do anything too fancy here, just stay open and keep the items moving. The Tcc Complex is a familiar spot for most locals, so they know where to find us. Dealing with the suppliers and checking the stock takes up most of the day when we aren't at the counter. It’s a lot of manual work but it keeps things running. We often end up rearranging things just to make a little more room for new biscuit brands or laundry soaps that arrive.
