Our spot for Era Infra Engineering Ltd is located in Village Pira Nagar, right by the Ratason post office in Raibarely. This part of Uttar Pradesh is mostly farmland and small villages, so our engineering projects usually involve things like rural roads or local infrastructure. The office itself is just a basic room in the village where we keep our logbooks and a few computers. It’s nothing special to look at, but it serves its purpose for the team. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks because we are usually out in the field getting our hands dirty. The people in Pira Nagar are friendly, and we’ve become a familiar sight around here with our trucks and gear. Sometimes the cows block the road when we are trying to get to a site, but you just have to wait a minute and they move along. We don't have any big corporate goals written down. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the project stays on schedule. It can be a bit noisy when the machines are running, but that is the sound of progress in a small town. We eat lunch together under the shade of a tree when it gets too hot inside. It’s a straightforward way of working without any unnecessary drama or complicated rules. We just do what we can with the tools we have.
