Era Group

Era Group is situated at 7M in Pocket-4 of the Dda Ehs Flats in New Kondli. This is out in Mayur Vihar-3, right on the edge of Delhi. It’s a typical residential complex, so working here feels very different from being in a commercial hub. We have a modest office setup inside one of the flats. It’s got a bit of a homey feel because of the layout. We use the main room for our primary work and have some storage in the back. The commute can be a bit long depending on where everyone is coming from, but the area itself is quite nice. There are plenty of trees around the pocket, which is a relief in the summer. We spend our time answering calls and sorting through records. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We don't have any big meetings or corporate events. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the hallway, and you can hear them laughing through the door. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We like the fact that we aren't in some cold, glass building. Here, we are part of the local fabric. We've stayed in this spot because it's comfortable and it serves our needs without being overly expensive or complicated. It’s just us doing our thing.
