Era Construction (I) Ltd.

We have been at H.No. 874 Sec 8 for some time now. Era Construction (I) Ltd. has been working out of this spot for quite a while now. Most days it is pretty busy around here with people coming in and out to talk about different projects. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It's mostly just us sitting around a couple of desks making sure the building sites have what they need. Faridabad changes so fast these days, so there is always something going on with construction nearby. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and workers. It gets a bit noisy sometimes, especially when the traffic picks up outside in Sector 8. Our office is a simple place, nothing too fancy, just some chairs and filing cabinets full of old plans. We’ve seen many houses go up and roads get paved over the years. Some days things go smooth and other days there are delays with the materials or the weather doesn't help. That is just how it is in this line of work. We try to stay organized but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks. We’ve known the neighbors for a long time. People stop by to ask questions or just to see how things are moving along. It is a local business and we like being part of the community here. Anyway, that is mostly what we do at the Faridabad office.
