We’ve been at Plot No - 186 in Sector-24 for a good while now. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always dusty and loud with trucks moving around outside. Inside our place, it’s mostly about the furnaces. Building these things takes a lot of time and a massive amount of floor space. It’s not clean work at all. There’s always someone welding or cutting metal, so you have to watch your step. Most of us have been here for years and we know the machines better than our own living rooms. Sometimes the heat from the shop floor gets a bit much in the summer, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate office with fancy chairs and glass walls. We have a couple of old desks pushed together and a lot of blueprints lying around everywhere. Most of the day is spent checking the brickwork or the heating elements on the units. People stop by to ask about repairs or new builds. We don't have a receptionist, so usually, whoever is closest to the phone picks it up. It’s a bit disorganized at times, especially when three projects land at once, but the furnaces get finished eventually. The tea guy comes by twice a day, and that’s when we actually take a break. We just focus on the job at hand and try to stay out of the rain when the roof leaks a little. It’s just how we run things here in Sector-24. We’ll be here tomorrow doing the same thing.
