Our place is located at 14/4, Mathura Road. It is a very well-known stretch for all kinds of industrial businesses and factories. We have been here for a long time, and while the building shows its age a little bit, it works perfectly for what we do. We mostly spend our time making filters, including oil filters and air filters for engines. It can be a messy business, but we actually like the work. The factory floor is always buzzing with some kind of activity. We have machines that have been running for decades sitting right alongside some of the newer equipment we have brought in. There is a constant smell of oil and metal in the air, which you usually stop noticing after being here for an hour or so. Our office is right there on the same site, so we can always see exactly what is happening on the floor. It is not a fancy setup; we have old wooden desks and fans that make a clicking sound. We get a lot of truck drivers and distributors coming through the gates every day. Dealing with the heavy traffic on Mathura Road is just a regular part of our life here. Sometimes our deliveries are late because of a bad jam near the flyover. We don't have a lot of complicated corporate rules. We just expect people to do their work and be honest about everything they do here to keep the engines running.
