Our place is located at 1243 Sector 14, right on the main road. It’s a good spot because everyone passes by it. At Eastern Automotive Machine Tool, we deal with exactly what the name says. We have some heavy machinery here and a lot of tools specifically for automotive work. It’s not the kind of shop you go into just to browse. Most people who come in know exactly what they are looking for, whether it's a specific wrench or a part for a machine tool. The main road in Sector 14 is always busy, so there’s a lot of coming and going. We keep the shop open pretty long hours. The shelves are high and usually stacked with heavy boxes. It’s a bit dark inside sometimes, but we know where everything is kept. We’ve been working out of this building for years and the walls have seen a lot of tools pass through. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just a few of us making sure the orders are correct and the machines are in good shape. We talk to mechanics and factory foremen all day. It’s a simple business. We focus on the equipment and getting people what they need so they can get back to their own shops.
