Dtdc Courier & Cargo is situated at M-6 in the Fruit Garden area of NIT Faridabad. It’s a very industrial and busy part of the city. Our office is basically a hub for packages and deliveries. If you walk in, you’ll see piles of boxes and courier bags everywhere. Faridabad 121005 is our base, and we know the streets around here like the back of our hands. Being in the Fruit Garden area means there is always movement outside. We spend our mornings sorting through the parcels that came in overnight. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting boxes and scanning labels. We have a team of riders who are always coming and going on their bikes. The office isn't fancy at all; it’s a working warehouse and office mix. We have a couple of desks where we handle the tracking and customer queries. Sometimes it gets a bit messy with all the tape and packing material, but that’s just how it is. We don't have time for a lot of talk, we just focus on getting the cargo to the right address. It’s a tough job sometimes, especially when the weather is bad, but we keep at it. We’ve been a fixture in the NIT area for quite some time now, and most people around here know us as the place to drop off their important packages. We just try to get everything shipped out before the day ends.
