D.S. Constructions Ltd

We operate D.S. Constructions Ltd out of House Number 14A in I.P. Colony, which sits right between Sector 30 and 33 in Faridabad. It’s a convenient spot for us to reach different parts of the city. We’ve been in the construction game for quite a few years now. Faridabad has changed a lot, and we’ve been right there through it, watching the new sectors pop up. We aren't a big, fancy firm with a lobby and a receptionist. It’s more of a family-style operation where we all pitch in. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up, usually with dust on our boots. We do the kind of work that involves a lot of heavy lifting and long hours under the sun. We don't have any scripted speeches. We just think that if you’re hired to build something, you should do it properly. That’s how we’ve kept going all this time. The I.P. Colony area is a good place to be based. It’s quiet enough that we can think, but close enough to the main roads to get our trucks where they need to go. We deal with all the usual construction stuff—permits, materials, labor, and the occasional rainy day that ruins the schedule. We don't make it sound like more than it is. It’s just building things with bricks and mortar, day after day, here in Haryana. We take things as they come and try to do right by people.
