Drishti Eye Centre

Drishti Eye Centre is located at 20 - 21F in the Fruit Garden area on Railway Road. We are quite close to the Green Automobile shop, which is a big landmark in the N.I.T part of the city. The area is usually very busy with a lot of vehicle noise and people moving about the market. Our building is a simple structure that fits right into the neighborhood. Inside, we have a waiting room that is filled with basic chairs and a small table for magazines that nobody really reads. The walls are a plain shade of cream, and we have some charts showing how the eye works. We have a small desk where the receptionist takes down names and handles the money. The exam rooms are tucked away in the back to keep them a bit quieter than the front area. You can hear the trains occasionally because we are so close to the railway road. The floor is made of simple tiles that we have to sweep often because of the dust from the street. We have a water dispenser in the corner and a small fan for the staff behind the counter. Most of the people who come in are local workers or families from the nearby residential blocks. It is just a regular, no-frills clinic where we do our daily work. We don't have any fancy lights or soft music, just a place for people to get their eyes checked.
