We operate out of the Housing Board Colony here in Ballabgarh. It’s a pretty straightforward setup for Dlf Laing O'Rourke India Ltd. Being in 121004 means we’re close to a lot of the industrial action, which is helpful for what we do. The office itself is quite plain. We didn’t see much point in spending a lot on decor when we’re mostly focused on construction sites. We have a small team here, and everyone wears a few different hats. One day you might be filing reports, and the next you’re out checking on a delivery of steel. It keeps things interesting, at least. The neighborhood is mostly residential around us, so it’s a bit quieter than the main roads. We’ve been here for a while now and the locals know us. We don’t make a big fuss about who we are. We just handle the admin and the logistics that keep the company running in this region. There’s always a lot to do, and sometimes we feel like we’re drowning in paperwork, but we eventually clear the desk. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. It’s more like a group of people trying to make sure things get built the right way. We value the fact that we can just come in, do our work, and see the results on the skyline eventually. It’s just how we operate around here every day.
