If you walk down the lanes in Sanjay Colony, you’ll find us at 17-A in Sector-22. It’s a busy spot, lots of small shops and units all crammed together. We’ve been operating out of this space for quite some time. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we do. The walls could use a new coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of a clicking noise, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time out on the floor managing the production. There’s always a lot of clanking and the smell of raw materials. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we keep the big shutters open to catch whatever breeze comes through the sector. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us making sure the products are made correctly before they get packed up. Most of the people working here live nearby, so it feels like a neighborhood thing. We know the tea seller at the corner and the guys at the logistics office. When something goes wrong with a machine, we usually try to fix it ourselves first. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too formal, just honest work happening day in and day out in this little corner of the colony. We usually have the radio playing in the background, mostly old songs that everyone knows. It makes the day go by a little faster when we are busy.
