Dheeraj Property

Dheeraj Property is located right at Naharpur Chowk, just off the National Highway. If you look up, you can see the Gateway Tower nearby, which makes us feel a bit small in comparison. The office is a simple one-story structure. Because we are so close to the highway, there is a constant rumble of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. It’s something you eventually stop noticing after a few weeks. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a few wooden chairs for whoever stops by. We have a big map of the area that’s started to yellow at the edges. We use it every day to point out different locations. The air is always a bit metallic because of the traffic, and we have to wipe the desks down every morning because of the soot. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. When the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets up to see who it is. We spend our time checking land titles and talking to folks about what’s available near the chowk. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s never a dull moment. Sometimes we just sit outside on the bench when the weather is nice and watch the world go by. It’s a straightforward life. We deal with property, we talk to the neighbors, and we deal with the highway noise. That’s just how it is at Dheeraj Property every day.
