We’re located down in the lower ground floor, unit 07, in the Sushant Lok area. It’s a quiet enough spot once you get inside and away from the main road. We’ve been working out of this particular office for a while now, focusing on the houses and plots around this part of Gurgaon. It’s a big, sprawling area, so there’s always something new being built or someone moving out. My team and I spend most of our time tracking what is currently available for people. We don’t use any corporate scripts or fancy presentations. If you come in to see us, we just talk like normal people about what you’re actually looking for. Sometimes the office gets a bit chilly in the winter months since we are on the lower ground, but we have a small heater that does the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in the city. We just want to do a decent, honest job for the people who decide to come to us. Most of our work comes from old clients telling their friends about us. That’s how things used to be done, and we still like it that way. We know the roads and all the little shortcuts in Sushant Lok like the back of our hand. It’s a busy life, mostly spent on the phone or driving around to show people different spots. We keep our files organized but it's a simple room.
