Dalal Auto Cast

Dalal Auto Cast is over at Plot No. 163 in Sector 25. If you know this sector, you know it’s filled with factories and workshops. Our plot is where all the casting work happens, and it’s a pretty intense environment. It’s hot because of the furnaces, and there’s always the smell of hot metal and sand in the air. We don’t have a fancy office building; our "office" is just a small room partitioned off from the main floor where the noise is a bit quieter. We spend our days making molds and pouring metal, which is heavy, physical work. Our clothes usually have a bit of soot on them by the time we head home. The floor is concrete and covered in the tools of the trade. We have a small crew of guys who really know their way around a foundry. We don't go in for big marketing speeches or try to sound like a multinational corporation. We’re just a local foundry doing auto casting work for the people who need it. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it ourselves, but that’s just part of the deal when you run a place like this. We eat our lunch on some benches near the back where there’s a bit of a breeze. It’s tough work, but it’s what we do every day without complaining much.
