Our place is over at A1648 in Dabua Colony. Most people find us by looking for Dr. KK Sharma’s clinic because we are right near it. The colony is always noisy with kids playing and people going about their business. We have a small setup here. It’s just a regular building where we store our stock and handle the daily paperwork. There is a heavy metal gate at the entrance that stays open during the day. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a few chairs for when someone comes to visit. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy outside. We mostly deal with people we’ve known for years. Every morning, we sweep out the front and get the records ready. Sometimes it gets crowded inside if a big delivery arrives at the same time as a customer. We just make do with the space we have. The walls are painted a plain color and have some old calendars hanging on them. We drink a lot of tea while we work, usually getting it from the stall down the street. It’s a simple life running a business in a residential area like this. You get to know everyone's name and what they need. We don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. It’s been this way for a long time now.
