D S Constructions Ltd.

Our place is at 1349, Sector 37 in Faridabad. If you know the area, it’s a pretty straightforward part of town. D S Constructions Ltd. has been operating out of here for some time. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a regular office where we handle the books and talk to the site supervisors. Most of the heavy lifting happens elsewhere, obviously. We spend a lot of our time looking at plans and trying to make sense of the latest building codes in Haryana. The office gets a bit cramped when everyone comes in at once, especially on paydays or when we’re planning a new phase of work. You can usually find someone here during the day, though we’re often out visiting sites or checking on material supplies. Dealing with sand, cement, and bricks is what fills our hours. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned, but we just deal with it. The heat in Faridabad can be tough in the summer months, which slows things down on the sites, but we keep pushing through. We aren’t big on fancy speeches. We just prefer to get the work done and go home. People in the neighborhood know us as the construction folks from Sector 37. It’s a practical job and we take it one day at a time. The coffee in the office is okay, and the chairs are a bit old, but it works for us.
