Even though the name says Delhi, we are firmly based here in Haryana. We handle cargo and shipping management. The ground floor office makes it easy for us to move around. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city. We spend our time coordinating between shippers and receivers. It involves a lot of tracking and checking on different cargo loads. We are just regular people doing our jobs. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything. Most of us just want to get through the day's tasks without too much trouble. Sometimes shipments get delayed, and we have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix it. It’s a bit of a headache but that is just how cargo work goes. We’ve been at this Faridabad location for a while. Local people know us as the ones to go to for moving stuff. We don't have any shiny brochures. We just talk to people and try to be clear about what can be done. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls, day in and day out. We just focus on keeping the cargo moving across the country. Our team is small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We keep a pot of tea going and just handle the logs as they come in.
