Cosmos Fibre Glass Ltd.

We are based at 60, Dlf Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in an industrial area like this means we are surrounded by other factories and warehouses. There is always something going on nearby, whether it's a truck backing into a bay or someone welding in the next unit over. Our facility at Cosmos Fibre Glass Ltd. is a large space because working with fibre glass needs a bit of room for the materials and the molds. It’s not the cleanest work in the world, and by the end of the day, there is usually some dust on everything, but that is just part of the job we do. We have been at this location for years and have seen the area grow. The building is solid and does exactly what it needs to do. Inside, we have the various sections set up for different stages of production. It can get quite warm in the summer months, but we are used to it and just keep the fans running. The staff knows the routine well, and we don't need much talking to get things moving. There is a sense of rhythm to the work here that feels good. We aren't here to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or expensive furniture. We are here to make things. When the lunch whistle goes off in the area, you see everyone heading out to the local food stalls for a quick bite. Then it's back to it until the evening shift ends. It’s a hardworking environment.
