Consecration Security & Placement Services Private Limited is located over in Sector-68, B/Pur. The office is handled by Subhash Saini, who is the son of Jai Ram Saini. We are a local outfit that focuses on two main things: security and finding jobs for people. Being out in Sector-68, we’re a bit away from the main city center, but it’s a growing area and there’s plenty of work. We mostly deal with guards and placement for various buildings or companies nearby. The office is a simple place where people come to apply for work or to talk about hiring a guard. Subhash is usually there to talk to folks directly. We don’t have a big marketing department or a fancy website. It’s more about meeting people and seeing if they’re a good fit for the jobs we have. Security is about trust, so we spend a lot of time checking backgrounds and making sure people are reliable. Placement is similar; you want to make sure the person you’re sending to a job is actually going to stay there. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of record-keeping.
