Concept Designers

Our office, Concept Designers, is situated in Adarsh Nagar, Sector 25, at number C 72. It’s a pretty standard residential-style building that we’ve converted into a workspace. We like being in Adarsh Nagar because it’s a settled neighborhood. Inside, you’ll see lots of computer monitors and stacks of blueprints. We aren't the type to have a polished, corporate lobby. Most of the time, the floors are a bit dusty from people coming in from construction sites. We don’t mind it much. Our day usually involves a lot of sketching and drinking tea while we try to solve design problems. We work on all sorts of local buildings, from small homes to bigger shops. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon when we talk to our clients. We just explain what needs to happen to get the walls in the right place. It’s a practical job. People usually find us because they saw a house we worked on nearby. We prefer it that way. It’s a small team here, so when you call or visit C 72, you’re usually talking to the same person every time. We’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know us. It’s a comfortable place to work, and we plan on staying for a long time. We find that being honest about timelines and costs is the best way to keep things moving along smoothly. Most afternoons you can find us reviewing sketches.
