Chicken Cottage

Chicken Cottage is located at House No. 743 in Sector -31 here in Faridabad. It’s basically a local spot where we cook up chicken for whoever is hungry in the neighborhood. We aren't one of those big fancy restaurants with a lot of decorations. Most of the space is just the kitchen where we do the frying and the prep work. The smell of spices and oil usually drifts out onto the street, so people know when we're cooking. We started this place because we wanted something simple. We spend a lot of our day dealing with deliveries and making sure we have enough fresh meat and supplies. The floor gets a bit greasy sometimes, but we try to keep it clean. It’s a small team, just a few of us in the back handling the orders. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing during the dinner rush, and it gets pretty hectic in there. We don't have much seating, so most people just pick up their food and take it home. The lighting inside is a bit bright and the counter is kind of scratched up, but it serves its purpose. We know a lot of the regulars who live around Sector 31 by name. They come by after work or on weekends when they don't want to cook for themselves. It’s just a basic food business run out of a house, nothing more to it. We keep our heads down and keep the fryers going.
