Chhabra Estate

Chhabra Estate is located in Sohna, right opposite Malibu Town, which is a pretty easy landmark to spot if you are driving around here. The office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it gets the job done for us. We spend our days sitting here, watching the cars go by on the main road and waiting for the next person to walk in. Being across from Malibu Town means we get a lot of people asking for directions or just curious about what is happening in the neighborhood. The sun hits the front windows pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually have to pull the blinds halfway down. It gets a bit warm inside, but the ceiling fan helps. We keep our records in these old metal cabinets that have seen better days. It is just how we like to work, without too much technology getting in the way of a good conversation. Sometimes the neighbor from the shop next door comes over for a quick chat about the weather or the local news. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is handled right. It is a quiet kind of busy most of the time. We have been in this spot for a while now and the locals know us. We just take things one day at a time here in Sohna and try to keep the paperwork from piling up too high.
