You can find Chandna Medical Centre over in Sector 18 A, right near the Chandiwale Dharmashala. We are also very close to the Sabzi Mandi, which means the whole area smells like fresh vegetables and earth in the early morning. It’s a very lively part of the neighborhood. The address is 5285, and it’s a spot that’s easy to walk to for most people living nearby. Our building is nothing special to look at, just a regular brick and mortar place with a sign out front. Inside, we have a small lobby that gets quite crowded on Monday mornings. There’s a particular way the shadows fall in the hallway during the late afternoon that we’ve all grown used to. We have a few benches for seating and a desk where we keep all the records in big binders. The staff here is used to the noise from the market and the nearby dharmashala. It’s just part of the daily background noise. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who walk in, many of whom have been coming here for years. It’s a practical environment where the main goal is just to get through the day’s appointments. We don't use any fancy systems, just a lot of manual work and pen and paper. When the market shuts down for the day, the street finally gets quiet, and that’s usually when we start wrapping things up and heading out ourselves.
