Chanda Estate

Chanda Estate is right here in DLF City Phase II. We are quite close to the Sikandarpur Metro Station, so it’s easy to find us if you’re coming by train. The office is at number 24. Most days it’s just us sitting here handling paperwork and answering the phone when someone asks about a flat or a plot nearby. It gets busy during the afternoons when the sun is high and people want to look at houses. I’ve lived in this part of town for a long time now. The traffic near the metro is always something else, isn't it? We keep a few chairs for people who drop in to chat about what’s available in the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular workplace with some old files and a computer that takes its time starting up. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings over a few cups while we talk to neighbors. We know the streets around here pretty well because we walk them every day. DLF Phase II has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up where there used to be empty space. We just try to keep track of who is moving in and who is moving out. There is always something happening on this side of the city. If you’re walking past the metro station, you’ll likely see our sign. It's a simple life running a local place like this one, dealing with the heat and the paperwork as it comes.
