Cast Master

You can find our place at 46, Industrial Estate, Sector-6. We are located right near the telephone exchange, which is usually the best landmark for people trying to find our front gate for the first time. The area has changed quite a bit since we first moved in, with more buildings and small shops popping up every year. Our workshop is not the biggest one in the estate but we make sure to use every inch of space we have available. There is always a pile of scrap or some finished castings sitting somewhere near the entrance waiting to be moved. It stays pretty noisy with the hammers and the grinders going for most of the day. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing here; the main office is just a small corner with a couple of chairs and a desk for the books. Most of the time we are out on the floor with the guys anyway. The neighborhood is full of other units doing similar industrial work, so there is always a bit of life out on the street. Sometimes the power cuts out and we just take a break outside until the lights come back on. It is just the way things go in this part of Sector-6. We handle the metal casting because it is what we have always done. There is a certain rhythm to the work that you only understand after years. We just keep our heads down and finish the daily schedule.
