Careers Un Ltd

Careers Un Ltd is located right on Main Mubarakpur Road in Inder Enclave. It's a busy spot with a lot of noise from the street coming in through the windows. We mostly spend our days looking at resumes and talking to young people who are looking for their first jobs. It’s tough out there right now, and we see a lot of stressed-out faces coming through the door. We started this place because we wanted to help people in the neighborhood find something decent to do. It’s not a huge office, just a couple of rooms with some computers and a lot of printed out job listings pinned to the walls. We don't use any fancy software to match people; we just talk to them and see what they're good at. Some days are really quiet and we just sit around updating files, but other days there’s a line out the door. We help with writing CVs, which takes a lot of time because people often forget the good things they've done. It’s a lot of back and forth. We also keep in touch with local businesses around Inder Enclave to see if they need any help. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We don’t wear suits here, usually just regular clothes because we want people to feel comfortable when they come in to talk about their future. It's just us trying to make the job hunt a bit easier for everyone who walks in from the street.
