Our place, Bony Polymers Pvt Ltd, is over at Plot No 37-P in Sector-6. It’s a standard industrial plot where we do all our polymer work. The smell of raw materials is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. We aren't a big, flashy company. We’re more of a hands-on type of operation. Most of us spend our time on the floor making sure the production is going okay. The office part is just a few desks squeezed into a corner so we can handle the billing and the orders. It’s a bit noisy because of the machines, but that’s the sound of work getting done. Sector-6 is a busy area, and we’ve been part of it for a while. We don't go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just make the parts, pack them up, and send them out. It’s a straightforward life. Some days things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, and other days everything runs smooth. We’ve got a core group of workers who have been here for years. We know each other well, which makes the long shifts easier. We’re just a local manufacturer trying to keep things steady and reliable. There’s nothing complicated about it; we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the loading dock gets backed up, but we just take it one pallet at a time until the job is finally finished for the day.
