Sector 6 is where we spend most of our lives. Blowell Auto is just one of those places where there is always the sound of metal or a machine running. It is an industrial area so you don't expect it to be pretty or quiet. We get here early, usually when the air is still a bit cool. My hands are almost always a little bit greasy no matter how much I wash them. That is just part of the job when you are working around engines and parts. We have a few machines that have been with us since the beginning and they still run better than the new ones. There is a lot of heavy lifting involved and we all look pretty tired by the time the sun goes down. We have a small area where we sit for lunch and talk about the news or whatever else is happening. It is a simple setup with some old chairs and a table that wobbles. We don't really do marketing or anything like that, the work usually speaks for itself when people see it. Most of the guys here have been working together for years so we don't need to say much to understand what needs to be done. The floor is concrete and it’s seen a lot of spills over the years. We just keep the gate open and stay busy until the lights go off at night.
