Biomed Health Care Products

We are based at Plot No. 30 in DLF Phase-1. Our focus is on healthcare products, which means we spend most of our time in a warehouse-style setting dealing with supplies. It is a fairly quiet operation compared to the heavy factories nearby. We have rows of shelves filled with boxes of different medical goods that need to be sorted and sent out. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some filing cabinets. We don't have any big signs or flashy displays out front. Most of our work is done on the phone or over email, coordinating where the next shipment needs to go. The staff is small, just a handful of us who have been working together for a few years now. We usually have tea together in the afternoons when the pace slows down a bit. DLF Phase-1 is a decent area, but the parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late in the morning. We don't talk much about any 'visions' or anything like that; we just make sure the orders are correct and the boxes are taped up properly before the courier arrives. Sometimes a shipment gets delayed and we have to spend the whole morning tracking it down. It is just regular work that needs to be done every day to keep the business moving. We like the routine and the fact that it is a clean place to work.
