Our office is at number 136 in Charmwood Plaza. If you know Eros Garden on Suraj Kund Road, you can find us pretty easily. It’s a decent building, though the parking can be a real headache on the weekends. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. We aren't one of those high-rise corporate firms with glass walls. Our space is filled with stacks of paper, half-finished coffee mugs, and technical drawings. We focus on cooling towers for different industries. It’s a niche business, but someone has to do it. The road outside, Suraj Kund Road, is always moving, and we kind of like that energy. Sometimes we have clients come in for a chat, but mostly we’re out at the actual sites. It’s better that way because you can’t really see what’s wrong with a tower from behind a desk. We’ve got a small team and we’ve all been together for a few years. We know each other’s habits and how we work. There’s no formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up and get through the day's tasks. It feels more like a small family than a private limited company sometimes. We’ve seen other shops in the plaza come and go, but we’ve managed to stay put. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay busy. It’s not about being the biggest name, it’s just about being there when someone needs a fix.
