Basera Properties

Basera Properties has been operating out of Sector 27 in DLF for quite some time. You can find us at F-12/3. It’s a decent spot, not too far from the main road. I usually get in early to open up the shutters and get the files ready for the day. Dealing with properties in this part of town keeps us on our toes because things move fast around here. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small group of us trying to help people find a place to live or invest their money. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving around to show different flats and plots. The office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we do the paperwork. Sector 27 is a busy area so there's always something going on outside. We know the local layout pretty well by now. If you're looking for a specific block or want to know about the current rates in DLF, we usually have that information handy. It's not always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets complicated, but we stay at it. We’ve seen the area grow a lot over the years. Some people come in just to chat about the market. We don't mind. It's part of being in the neighborhood. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving. It’s a straightforward business we run here with our small local team in the sector.
