Diamond Ceramics Refractory

We are based out of Shop Number 3 in the Sarurpur Industrial Area. It’s a busy spot with lots of trucks and noise, which suits what we do just fine. We handle ceramics and refractory items, the kind of stuff used for high heat and industrial setups. It’s not the cleanest work in the world, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. The industrial area is where we need to be because our customers are usually nearby or passing through for work. We’ve been in this specific shop for some time now. Most days are spent checking the stock or helping someone figure out which brick or lining they need for their furnace. It’s heavy work, and we do a lot of lifting and moving boxes around. The shop is more of a practical space than a fancy office. We keep our inventory organized as best as we can, though sometimes things get a bit piled up when a big shipment arrives. People usually find us because they need something specific that can handle the heat. We don't spend much time on the computer; we'd rather be out on the floor looking at the materials. If you’re coming through Sarurpur, you’ll find us right there near the other workshops. It’s a tough environment but we’ve gotten used to the grit and the constant movement of the machines nearby. There's always a thin layer of dust on the desk, but that's just part of it.
