We are set up on the Vill. Kaily Khandawala Road. It’s a bit of a rural spot, but it gives us the room we need for our operations. Most of the time, the area is pretty quiet until the transport trucks start arriving. We deal with international stuff, so there’s always a bit of a rush to get things packed up and documented correctly before they head off. Our facility isn't something you'd see in a magazine; it's just a functional space with a lot of crates and shipping labels everywhere. We have a small office where we handle the logistics and make sure the paperwork is in order. It’s often a bit hectic with the phone ringing and people trying to coordinate pick-ups. We eat our lunch together at a big table in the back. There isn't any fancy decor, just some calendars on the wall and a lot of maps. We focus on the shipping schedules and making sure the items are handled carefully. The road outside can be bumpy, but it’s our main link to the rest of the world. It’s just us here on the edge of the village, working through the orders and getting things where they need to go. Every day has its own challenges but we just keep moving forward with it and staying on top of the tasks.
