Our place, B W I Automotives Technologies Pvt Ltd, is located right out in the Taura Dharuhera Industrial Estate. Being so close to National Highway 8 means we hear the constant roar of trucks and buses going toward Jaipur or Delhi all day long. It is a busy spot and the air is always thick with the smell of diesel and dust from the road. We are at Dharuhera 30, which is a bit of a trek for some, but it is where the work happens. The building itself is pretty plain and we focus mostly on the automotive side of things inside. We have a small group of people here who have been working together for a long time. We mostly just keep our heads down and deal with the daily tasks that come with being in the automotive tech sector. There is always something that needs fixing or a part that needs to be checked over. Sometimes the heat out here in Dharuhera is quite a lot to handle, especially in June, but we are used to it by now. We usually take our tea breaks together near the main entrance where there is a bit of a breeze from the highway. It is a practical environment and we do not spend much time on anything that is not directly related to the jobs we have on hand. We just show up, do the work, and head home when the sun goes down.
