Avol House

We’re located at I-10 in the Dlf Industrial Estate, Phase-I. Avol House has been operating from this unit for quite a few years. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our workspace set up to handle whatever comes our way. We deal with various products and materials, and the layout changes depending on what we’re focusing on that month. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the inventory. The estate can be a bit confusing if you aren't used to the numbering, but we’re easy enough to find once you’re in Phase-I. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people knowing we’re here. The office is just a small corner with a couple of computers and a lot of notebooks. We prefer writing things down sometimes; it just feels more reliable. We’ve got a small crew, and we’ve all been together for a while. It’s not a corporate environment. We talk plainly and we work hard. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait it out, but that’s just part of being in this area. We take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized so we don't lose track of the orders. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It’s not always exciting but it’s what we do and we’ve been here a while now.
