Avery India Ltd.

Our place is located over at Plot No. 50-59 in Sector 25, which is right in the heart of Ballabgarh. It’s a fairly large site because we need the room for all the weighing equipment and parts we handle. Avery India Ltd. has been around for a long time, but our day-to-day life here is pretty simple. We mostly deal with scales, balances, and all the mechanical bits that go inside them. The technicians are usually huddled over workbenches with small tools, looking at springs and sensors. It’s a lot of fine-tuning and making sure everything is calibrated properly. The warehouse part of the building stays pretty cool even when it’s hot outside, which is nice for the guys moving the heavier pallets. We have a lot of old filing cabinets filled with decades of service records because we’ve looked after some of these machines for years. We aren't big on flashy presentations or corporate slogans. If someone calls with a broken scale, we just figure out who is available to go take a look at it. There’s always a faint smell of machine oil and old paper in the air here. We eat our lunch together in the small breakroom and talk about the news or the weather. It’s a steady rhythm of work that doesn’t change much from week to week. We just try to keep things accurate and make sure the equipment leaves here working better than when it arrived.
