Astha Estate

If you are looking for Astha Estate, you will find us on the Ground Floor at E-119 in the Sushant Shopping Arcade. This is right in Sushant Lok Phase I, which is a place we have known for a long time. Our little spot at E-119 is usually filled with papers and maps. We like being on the ground floor because it makes it very easy for people to just walk in and have a chat with us about property. The Sushant Shopping Arcade is a familiar landmark for everyone in Sushant Lok Phase I. We have been operating as Astha Estate from this very office, and we don't plan on moving anytime soon. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when we have a few people in the office at once, but we make it work. We don't go for that polished corporate look that you see in the big city offices. We just keep our desks at E-119 messy enough to show we are actually working. Sushant Lok Phase I is a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside the arcade. We just stay focused on what is happening at Astha Estate. If you ever find yourself in the Sushant Shopping Arcade, come look for the ground floor unit E-119. We are usually there from morning until late, just keeping track of things and talking to the locals who stop by. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
