Asian Paints Home Solutions operates from Dheeraj Arora’s place, which is House No. 704 in Sector 16. Faridabad is a crowded city, and the 121002 area is always humming with activity. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs or anything like that. It’s a home-based setup where we coordinate all the painting jobs. Every day, the phone rings with someone wanting to change the look of their walls. Dheeraj is usually the one keeping track of the schedules and the painters. The living room often has stacks of color cards and sample pots sitting on the tables. It’s a practical way to run things without all the overhead of a fancy office. We deal with a lot of dust because of the local climate, so there is always a broom leaning against the wall. We aren't trying to sound like a massive corporation. We’re just local people who know a lot about paint and how to get it on the walls properly. Sometimes we have meetings in the kitchen or out on the porch if the weather is decent.
