Arvind Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. operates out of Plant 1 at Plot No. 342 in Sector 24. We are right near the Mujesar Police Station, so that’s a good landmark if you’re looking for us. It’s a busy industrial site with a lot of noise and activity. We make parts and handle automotive work that keeps us on our feet all day. The plant is a big space filled with machinery and people in uniforms. It gets hot in the summer, especially near the machines, but we keep the fans going. This isn't a corporate office with carpets. It’s a working factory floor. We have shifts starting early in the morning and others running late. There’s always the sound of metal or the hum of engines in the background. We focus on getting the parts made correctly and keeping the assembly lines moving. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we all have to scramble to get it back up. It’s hard work, and we all go home pretty tired. We’ve been in Sector 24 for a long time. The area around the police station is always busy with traffic and people moving around. We just keep our heads down and do the manufacturing work that’s expected of us. It’s a big operation, but at the end of the day, it’s just a group of people making things.
